The album featured the single "One Wish (for Christmas)", whichreached the top twenty on Billboard's U.S. Adult Contemporarychart. The album spent six weeks on the Billboard 200 and as ofJanuary 2013 it had sold over 546,000 copies to date and certifiedGold.[6]
The album also features a duet with Houston's daughter BobbiKristina on "The Little Drummer Boy". The album also re-uses "Joyto the World" and "Who Would Imagine a King" from 1996's ThePreacher's Wife: Original Soundtrack Album. The only Christmas songHouston recorded, but did not release on the album is "Do You HearWhat I Hear?," which was released in the 1987 compilation A VerySpecial Christmas and as a B-side on the singles, "I Will AlwaysLove You," and "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)."
